FKC-100A biological air sampler is an efficient multi-orifice suction-type dust and microbe sampler. It is designed based on the principle of particle impaction and the theory of isokinetic sampling, enabling direct sampling. The wind speed at the sampling port is basically consistent with that in the clean room, which can more accurately reflect the microbial concentration in the clean room. During sampling, the air containing dust and microbes passes through the micropores at high speed and is impacted on the surface of the agar in the petri dish; these living microbes undergo a dynamic rehydration process during cultivation and grow rapidly, thus allowing faster results.

This instrument has a unique and novel structure, divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part includes the sampling port, sampling seat and air pump, while the lower part is the controller and battery. The sampling port and shell are made of high-quality aviation aluminum with a closed-cell surface treatment, facilitating sterilization and disinfection before use. working principle

FKC-100A biological air sampler is a miniaturized handheld portable device with a built-in lithium battery. Based on the Anderson impact principle, the impact speed is 16m/s, which is equivalent to Anderson impact level eight. The suction device in the instrument sucks air through the porous cover (sampling head), and hits the 90mm petri dish coated with agar medium, and the microorganisms in the air are "captured" on the agar medium. After the planktonic bacteria sampler takes out the petri dish and cultivates it under suitable conditions, the colony is counted.

 

Brief description of work process

1. Remove the porous sampling head, place a culture dish with a diameter of 90 mm on the culture dish holder, adjust the culture dish to a basic level, adjust the positioning rod so that the marking line on the positioning rod is on the same horizontal plane as the culture medium superior. Install the porous sampling head.

2. Press the power switch to display the last sampling data and sampling time on the display screen. At this time, press the up key or down key to view the historical data in the memory.

3. Remove the protective cover of the planktonic bacteria sampler

4. Press the sampling button to enter the sampling state. Start the sampling pump and counter according to the delay time. At this time, the sampling volume is gradually accumulated until it is equal to the set sampling volume. The sampling volume and date and time are stored in the internal memory.
