Product introduction. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer uses hydrogen peroxide dry fog to have the characteristics of strong spore killing ability at room temperature. After generating free Ho -, it is used to attack cell components, including lipids, proteins and DNA tissues, and can be quickly transformed into H2O / O2 / CO2 to achieve the purpose of complete sterilization. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer is a device that forms hydrogen peroxide vapor aerosol from H2O2 solution (i.e. hydrogen peroxide) with a concentration greater than 30% through the vaporizer and is transported to the closed space to be sterilized by anti-corrosion fan for biological decontamination. The sterilization system consists of vaporizer, fan, temperature and humidity sensor, hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor, PLC monitoring system, switching solenoid valve, hydrogen peroxide residue removal filter, micro printer and so on.

Brief description of working process.
Biological decontamination process of hydrogen peroxide sterilizer:
● system preheating - connect the inlet and outlet pipes of the sterilizer to the inlet and outlet interfaces of the closed cabin, start the heater, and conduct preheating and dehumidification treatment in the sterilization cabin;
● formation of
Vaporized hydrogen peroxide aerosol - start the sterilization procedure, input the hydrogen peroxide solution into the vaporizer to form submicron particles of hydrogen peroxide, and form hydrogen peroxide aerosol, which is input into the closed space to be sterilized by the anti-corrosion fan for 60-90 minutes;
● residue removal stage - start the residue removal procedure, switch the air flow to the hydrogen peroxide residue remover, the hydrogen peroxide in the sterilization chamber is decomposed into water and oxygen, and the hydrogen peroxide concentration decreases rapidly.
When the concentration drops below 1ppm, the system stops running and the sterilization chamber can be opened.
