working principle

Particles in the air will scatter when irradiated by light. This phenomenon is called light scattering. Light scattering is related to factors such as particle size, light wave wavelength, particle refractive index, and light absorption characteristics of particles. But in terms of scattered light intensity and particle size, the dust particle counter has a basic law, that is, the intensity of scattered light from particles increases as the surface area of ​​the particles increases. In this way, as long as the intensity of the scattered light is measured, the size of the particles can be inferred, which is the basic principle of the light scattering particle counter.

Brief description of work process

Set the sampling period to 1 minute, the number of samples per point is 3, the number of room sampling points is 4, and the room sampling address is defined as 1. Connect the sampling port of the instrument and the constant velocity sampling head with a hose, and fix the sampling head to the measurement position of the first point. Press the start button to start the measurement. After 1 minute, the first set of data of the first point will be printed out, and the measurement will continue until it is printed. For the third set of data, the instrument automatically stops sampling; the dust particle counter then moves the constant velocity sampling head to the second measurement position, and finishes measuring the second point of data in the same way, until the 4 measurement points are all measured, the instrument automatically prints out The UCL data of the room is used as the basis for judging the cleanliness level of the room.
