Y09-6H6 handheld airborne particle counter is used to measure and analyze the size and quantity of dust particles in a unit volume of air in a clean environment, and is a testing instrument to determine the cleanliness level of the clean environment according to the standard .
Dust particle counters are widely used in clean workshop inspections in enterprises such as medicine and hygiene, optics, chemistry, food, cosmetics, electronics, biological products, aerospace and so on.
working principle
Particles in the air will scatter when irradiated by light. This phenomenon is called light scattering. Light scattering is related to factors such as particle size, light wave wavelength, particle refractive index, and light absorption characteristics of particles. But in terms of scattered light intensity and particle size, the dust particle counter has a basic law, that is, the intensity of scattered light from particles increases as the surface area of the particles increases. In this way, as long as the intensity of the scattered light is measured, the size of the particles can be inferred, which is the basic principle of the light scattering particle counter.
Brief description of work process
The Y09-6H6 dust particle counter can work in manual mode or confidence level (UCL) mode. In manual mode, it is operated by 6 keys on the instrument operation panel. The measurement data can be saved in the memory of the instrument, about 1000 sets of data can be saved. The saved data can be printed by a random printer or sent to a computer (special software is required). The dust particle counter automatically judges the cleanliness level in the confidence level (UCL) mode.
