The cell culture isolator integrates cell culture-related functional components such as centrifuges and carbon dioxide incubators, and completes cell culture-related operations in a closed sterile environment to meet GMP production requirements for cell products.

The VHP sterilization process uses pressure control technology to reduce the risk of VHP penetrating the cell culture container; the temperature control function of the VHP sterilization process and the circulating air supply process prevents the temperature in the chamber from being too high and reduces the impact on cell activity;
Install an online dust particle and planktonic bacteria sampling system to dynamically monitor the Class A environment in the operating cabin;
The movable docking incubator can realize the cultivation and medium exchange of multiple cell incubators. Each cell is cultured in an independent microenvironment to prevent cross-contamination and facilitate management;
The automatic liquid exchange module greatly improves the liquid exchange efficiency, shortens the liquid exchange time, and reduces labor costs;
