GT-2 Offline Glove Leak Detector is a leak detection device designed to detect leaks in gloves. It consists of the following parts: air pressure and pneumatic part, detection and control part, display part, box body and glove interface part.

 

working principle

The working principle of the glove leak detector: the compressed air is compressed by the air pump, and the compressed air is pumped into the glove through the solenoid valve. When the inflation pressure in the glove reaches the set value, the air pump stops working and the system starts to enter the pressure maintaining state;
The pressure-holding process means that the pressure of the device is maintained above 1500Pa for 30 seconds after the completion of the inflation, that is, the glove is considered to be a qualified value, and the pressure-holding curve will be displayed on the display.

 

Brief description of work process

1. First put the gloves on the glove ring corresponding to the glove leak detector, and put on the white sealing ring (the sealing ring must be inserted into the guide groove) to seal the glove;

2. Press the power button of the device to start the device and enter the working interface;

3. Press the'F3' button to start inflating at position 1. At this time, the gloves are in an inflated state, please keep obstructions around the gloves;

4. Observe that when the inflation pressure reaches above the set inflation pressure value, the inflation will automatically stop (if the inflation does not stop when the pressure exceeds 120% of the set pressure value, please immediately press the'F1' or'F7, F8' button to stop the inflation or Deflation);

5. After the inflation stops, it enters the pressure-holding state, and the pressure drop amplitude is not less than 1500Pa within 30s under the pressure-holding state to judge the glove as qualified;

6. After the test is over, vent the air first, then remove the sealing ring, take off the gloves, and cycle the test in sequence.
