FKC-OS Online Air Plankton Dust Bacteria Sampler
The FKC-OS online airborne dust bacteria sampler has a simple design and is a friendly choice for detecting air microorganisms in clean rooms and aseptic environments. The airborne bacteria sampler is widely used in pharmaceutical factories, drug inspection institutes, and sanitation and epidemic prevention areas.
The FKC-OS online airborne dust and bacteria sampler is based on the Anderson impact principle, with an impact speed of 12m/s, which is equivalent to Anderson impact level 6. The suction device in the instrument sucks air through the porous cover (sampling head), and hits the 90mm petri dish coated with agar medium, and the microorganisms in the air are "captured" on the agar medium. After taking out the petri dish and culturing under suitable conditions, the colonies are counted.
The planktonic bacteria sampler complies with the ISO 14698-1/2 standard, and the standard sampling flow rate is 28.3L/min.
Brief description of work process
The control system is composed of a master control cabinet, a field controller, and a host computer PC processor.
The on-site controller of the planktonic bacteria sampler is a controller for each monitoring site. The main functions are:
